During last weekend local police officers carried out a «preventive citizen security control» in the population of Calasparra when they identified as suspicious various vehicles and their occupants.
During the search of one of the vehicles they found different narcotic substances including cocaine, tusi (pink cocaine cut with other drugs) and liquid extasy.
During this operation various people were investigated for their presumed implication in crimes against the public health and the drugs were confiscated.
The investigations continue.
This operation falls within the preventive controls that the Local Police habitually carry out at various points of the population aimed to detect this type of conduct and reinforce the safety of the streets.
