Fulgencia Sola and Juan Párraga, chef and manager respectively of La Tasca de Noah, have presented a Show Cooking at the Madrid Fusion Show 2026.
During their presentation Fulgencia Sola prepared a rice dish with vegetables and fresh tuna and a rice bread with sourdough, both made with Calasparra Rice.
