Wash your hands frequently using water and soap or anti- bacterial gel.
Cover your mouth and nose if you cough or sneeze with your upper arm NOT your hand.
Get vaccinated against flu, especially elderly adults, children and those with chronic medical conditions.
Air enclosed spaces daily.
If you have symptoms avoid leaving your home where possible and attend your nearest medical centre.
Maintain a healthy diet and drink sufficient liquids.
Looking after yourself is the best way to look after everyone else.»
