Calasparra Town Hall are organizing a Guided Walk to coincide with the Rice Harvest and includes a visit to the Abrigos del Pozo to see the Cave Drawings declared World Patrimony by UNESCO:
La Siega (Harvest) and Arte Rupestre (Prehistoric Cave Drawings) combines tradition and culture: on one hand the first days of the rice harvest and on the other millions of years old legacy of the cave drawings.
The walk will be on Saturday October 4 at 9am. The cost is 10 euros. Book at the Tourist Office.
Meeting Point is the Curva Restaurant.
