«Cuerva» is a traditional summer drink in Calasparra. You may have been lucky enough to try some at the Night of the Migas on Saturday night.
You will need some peaches, peeled and cut into small cubes. Put them in a large recipient and add sugar, cinnamon and a good quantity of red or rose wine. Leave it to rest for a couple of hours in a cool place before drinking it. You can add water to reduce the alcohol is you like.
Enjoy!!!!
