There will be a free guided tour of the Abrigo del Pozo in Calasparra on October 7 to coincide with the European Day of Cave Drawings.
The drawings in the cave have been declared part of the World Heritage by UNESCO.
The Abrigos de Pozo are on the north west side of the Sierra del Molino, on the banks of the river Segura and within the Cañon de Almedenes. They consists of two rock shelters (abrigos) inside which are different panels with cave drawings in schematic style.
