The local police have raided a local bar » as a point of retail» for drugs and the sniffer dog found a quantity of cocaine ready for sale.
One person was arrested but the investigation continues.
The bar was raided last night while it was open and with clients and employees inside. All the people in the bar were identified and then the police began a search of the premises including the store room. It was in the store room the sniffer dog found cocaine hidden in a box on a shelf unit.
Investigations began various days before the raid after local police received information that the bar was a point of sale for drugs on a small scale and that there were both employees and clients linked to the activity.
The person detained has appeared before magistrates,
