Renewing THE ITV (MOT) on your vehicle in the region of Murcia will cost slightly more this year according to figures released yesterday by José Ballesta, Head of the regional Department of Universities, Business and Investigation.
The different centres ((Alcantarilla, Caravaca, Cartagena, Espinardo, Molina de Segura, Jumilla, Lorca and San Pedro del Pinatar) will charge28.28 euros, 1.87 euros more for a petrol vehicle with four wheels for the first inspection and, in the case of failure, 11.24 for the second: and increase of 29 cents.
ITV inspections for diesel vehicles are more expensive.
Despite this slight increase renewing the ITV on your vehicle is cheaper in Murcia than in most other part of Spain where the ITV inspection costs an average ITV costs 36.04 euros.
