The local Canoe Club invite you to join in a Fun Day on the River Segura for 15 euros a head with the funds going to support the local Olympic Competition team.
Activities include a Descent of the River, which includes a walk around the rice fields; practising canoeing in a kayak and a ride on the «banana»; a hydrospeed ride: and a plate of Calasparra rice to finish the day off.
You are invited to use the club’s facilities to shower and change.
Swim suits or clothing that can get wet and shoes not sandals are advisable. A lifejacket will be provided.
