The number of new cases of Covid-19 diagnosed in the region in the last 24 hours has risen to 964, 777 more than yesterday, which was a Sunday and less tests are carried out, and 19 more than last Friday.
Hospital admissions for the virus have also increased: there are 18 more in patients than yesterday in regional hospitals with the virus, of which 12 are in intensive care.
Sadly, another person has died of the virus bringing the death toll in the region to 2,260.
