The contagion rate of Covid-19 in the over 60´s group in the Murcia region has dropped by 20 percent compared to last week.
There were just 207 new cases diagnosed in the last 24 hours, however, this figure may be artifically low as less tests are carried out over the weekend.
There were four more hospital admissions with the virus in the last 24 hours bringing the number of in patients in regional hospitals to 318, of which 14 are in intensive care.
Sadly, there were three deaths from Covid-19 over the past 24 hours bringing the death toll in the region to 2,259.
There were 17 active cases of the virus registered in Calasparra over the past week.
