A short workshop called: “How to get the most out of your portable” will be held at the adult education centre, the Universidad Popular in Calle Mayor, later this month.
Course material will include working with files (creating files, organising, copying, cutting and pasting) and an analysis of the free programmes available on the average computer which permit Internet connection, text documents, photos and listening to music etc. as well as examining queries from participants.
To participate in the course students need to have their own portable computer.
The course will be held from February 13 to March 20 at times that will be set with the participants and costs 20 euros.
Sign on in the office on the first floor of the Town Hall between 9am and 2pm. Places limited.
