A 50% fall in the number of contagions for Covid-19 has led to the regional Covid Committee lifting most of the restrictions in a bid to return to normality.
The Covid passport is no longer necessary for entering venues, bars and restaurants and eating and drinking at the bar is no longer prohibited.
All capacity limits and table numbers have been lifted.
People with positive test must remain in isolation and masks must be worn inside.
The capacity limits on mass events remains.
