Although in Calasparra we often miss out on “general rainfall” if you are looking for things to do over the festive period you might consider visiting the exhibitions in the Calasparra.
There are two exhibitions currently in the Exposition Space in Calle Mayor. Entry is free of charge and visiting times are listed in the Full Municipal Christmas Programme on this webpage.
Firstly, there is a temporary exhibition of all the entries in the Photography Competition “The Rice Routes Calasparra” (Sala 1).
Another photography exhibition, this time a permanent one, by professional photographer Pedro Navarro Laforet, “Entre Arrozales” (In the Midst of the Rice Fields), is in Sala 2.
The “Reyes Magos” are celebrated in many other parts of the world apart from Spain and the exhibition “Queridos Reyes Magos del Mundo is a private collection with an international flavour. (Sala 1).
A perfect solution for a rainy day.
