The Spanish National Health Service will have a record of your Covid-19 vaccination and you can download at the Ministry of Health website: https://cvd.sanidad.gob.es/cvdcovid/cvdcovid-formulario/index.xhtml.
If you have a problem you can consult the service at cau@ccd.sanidad.gob.es y +34 910 50 98 88 (Opening hours Monday to Friday are from 8am to 10pm).
In order to do this you will need your Certificate FRNMT (an electronic NIE) which is issued without cost to anyone with a DNI or NIE and confirms your identity digitally.

The FRNMT certificate (electronic NIE) is an essential tool these days to carry out any administrative issues on the Internet through the electronic seats of local, regional and national administrations.
