The number of new contagions of Covid-19 continues to spiral out of control in the Murcia region as 474 more active cases were recorded than in the previous 24 hours.
Some 56.7% of the cases diagnosed in the last week affect people between 15 to 29 years.
There has also been a sharp increase in the number of hospitalizations and two more admissions to intensive care:
Patients in intensive care range from 20 to 72 years old and of these only the eldest has been fully vaccinated.
There were no Covid-19 related deaths in the last 24 hours.
