Cajamar and Ruralcaja will sign an agreement to merge their businesses tomorrow in Almeria.
The move has been described as a “fusion” rather than “absorption” although Cajamar is expected to be the dominant partner in the new cooperative.
Between them the banks have an ample network of offices in the region of Murcia.
