NUMBERS OF REGIONAL COVID CASES MORE THAN DOUBLE

The number of cases of Covid-19 diagnosed in the last 24 hours in the Murcia region has more than doubled according to statistics published today.
Hospitals continue under extreme pressure as admissions, the number of cases of Covid-19 in intensive care has increased and the daily fatality rate continues in the mid 20´s.
Nationally confirmed cases are lower with just over 5,000 new cases but the death rate has risen by 1,534 in the last seven days.

Editor´s Note.
Nexonr has had several enquiries from readers asking when the restrictions and limitations on travel outside Calasparra and the region will be lifted.
The regional Government has made it clear that until the pressure on hospitals and ITU decreases there will be no relaxation of any of the measures introduced.
No statistics for Calasparra have been published so far today.
