Once again this year the Confitería Gran Vía has produced a sweetl pastry to raise funds for cancer research.
The pastry chef, Francisco Javier López, told Radio Calasparra that the secret of the the pastry, he created six years ago, was “Heart, solidarity, good feelings and a special artisan recipe.”
The pastry costs 1 euro and will be on sale between November 23 and 25 in the Gran Via with all funds going to “Calasparra se Mueve” the association which organizes the Pink March, virtual this year, in aid of cancer research.
