Every year the Town Hall organizes a climb up the San Miguel Mount to coincide with its name day, however, this year it also coincides with the World Day of Tourism.
It is essential to reserve your place for the walk at the Tourist Office as numbers will be restricted.
It is also advisable to wear comfortable shoes and clothes and protection from the sun (a cap/hat and sun cream).
The walk will be on Sunday September 27 and leaves from the Chapel of Rest (Tanatorio) at 9am.
The Tourist Office notes that it is possible to enjoy the countryside safely on organised walks if we avoid greeting people through physical contact; keep a secure distance from each other; wear a mask at all times; and use disinfectant or hydro alcoholic gels.
