The municipal nursery, “Colores” begins the new term today with new protocols to avoid the spread of Covid-19.
Various restrictions have been introduced to minimize the risk of a cluster of infections including the prohibition of those with a positive test result or symptoms attending the centre. Those children who may attend the centre have been notified by the staff.
Children must pass over disinfecting doormats with hydro alcoholic gel and have their temperature taken before entering the nursery.
Parents may bring their children to the nursery between 8am and 10am and collect them from 1pm.
The movement of the children will be limited within the centre and they will be in designated groups. The movement of the children in and out of the premises will be staggered to prevent crowding.
Cleaning and disinfecting of the centre has been increased and new staff have been employed to continue cleaning during the day.
