The description of witnesses has led to the arrest of a 20 year old man for robbing dwellings with force in Calasparra.
Local police say there may be more arrests.
A local resident called the police after discovering someone had forced the back window of this home and stolen various articles. After attending the scene and taking descriptions from witnesses, the man, who has previous convictions, was arrested.
The police are investigating a connection with a robbery in the headquarters of the local Veterans Football Team and various robberies in houses in the country.
The man has appeared before magistrates and the articles stolen have been returned to their owner.
