The regional government of Murcia has applied to central government for the region to pass form Phase Two of the State of Alarm to Phase Three on June 8.
If the application is successful the major part of the administration of the new phase will be in the hands of the regional government. However, this does not include restrictions on movement from one region to another. This will remain at the discretion of central government.
