Fire throwers, magicians and musicians, street theatre and arts and crafts all formed part of the Medieval Market and street entertainment at the weekend.
The Medieval Market, which ran over Saturday and Sunday included pottery and esparto grass demonstrations, a wood carving workshop and donkey rides.
The children of Calasparra were kept entertained over the two days in the Plaza Emilio Perez Piñero with medieval games and street entertainers.
Over the weekend there was a special nocturnal walking route around the old town and the castle; free visits to the archeological museum; and shows in the Plaza de la Corredera.
