The local Chamber of Commerce has prepared a host of surprises for this year’s Medieval Banquet on Wednesday June 8, which will be prepared and served by the restaurant at the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Hope, Calasparra.
Tickets cost 26 euros and are available in businesses and bars all over the town. Medieval costume is obligatory for the dinner and in order to take part in the medieval procession.

Readers are reminded that Thursday is a fiesta as it is the “Day of the Region of Murcia” and many businesses are likely to use the fiesta day as a “bridge” and close on Friday as well.
