The new edition of the Festival of Folklore “Villa de Calasparra” will begin with a musical procession in central town followed by traditional dance and song from La Rondalla and a guest music group in the main square.
Calasparra Town Hall is organising various events related to Murcian folklore to complete the day.
The whole day, on Sunday October 21, will be dedicated to Murcian traditions. The OAPs music and dance group, La Rondalla will host the event and the Cuadrilla Virgen del Rosario from Santomera will be the guest group.
The procession starts from the Rice Growers Fountain at 11am.
