A 24 year old youth from Cieza has been taken to Caravaca Hospital with suspected internal bleeding after colliding with a bull and being dragged for several metres.
The incident happened after the bull run, when the heifers were released into the bull ring.
The youth had taken part in this traditional event before and also participated in the competition “recortadores” which involves jumping over the animals.
The fourth bull run was completed in record time today: two minutes and four seconds and passed without any injuries.
