Local artist, Ricardo Escavy, has won the II National Painting Prize, in the gift of the Club Valencia-Centro Rotary, for an artwork named EUTS.
The 18 selected works are being exhibited in the Monasterio de Santa María del Puig de Valencia until May 4.
The judges of the competition are highly prestigious in the world of art and selected the exhibited works of Ricardo Escavy for the first prize. He is considered one of the outstanding representatives of geometric art in Spain and r3ecently exhibited his “Works on Paper” in New York.
