The XV Mountain Half Marathon, “Memorial Antonio de Béjar,” organised annually by the local Club Alpino, will include a walking route this year to celebrate this special anniversary.
The Half Marathon will be on May 26 at 6.30pm and the Walking Route will be held on May 13 at 8am, using the same course as the marathon.
There will also be a 10 and a half kilometre race on the same day as the marathon.
The events were announced at a special presentation by the Mayor of Calasparra, José Vélez Fernández, the President of Club Alpìno, Alonso Javier Lozano, the Sports Director of Club Alpino, Mario Jiménez, and the President of the Athletics Federation of Murcia, Juan Manuel Molina.
