Vintage cars, one dating back to 1907, and drivers and passengers in full costume took Calasparra back in time this morning, Friday.
Some 50 “jewels on wheels formed part of the ”El XVIII Rally Murcia Region of Vintage and Classic Cars, which arrived in Calasparra from Archena.
Among the bars exhibited was the classic Ford T, immortalized by Laurel and Hardy, a blue Pontiac and a Chenard Walcker dating back to 1907.
Our visitors were welcomed by Teresa Garcia, Head of Tourism, who invited them to a guided tour of the local Rice Museum.
