The first International Long Distance Orienteering Trials will be held on the Sierra del Molino on Sunday and anyone fit and healthy enough is invited to take part.
The trials have categories for all ages, including veterans which starts at 45 years old, and will include mountain running through the forests and inclines of this wild, natural area.
