There were up to 80% discounts for bargain hunters at the End of Season Bazaar organized by the local Chamber of Commerce on Sunday and plenty of early birds were out enjoying the glorious spring sunshine.
Some 15 local bars and restaurants took part in the Ruta de Tapas and the Ruta de Cocktail arranged to coincide with Father’s Day on Saturday and the Bazaar on Sunday and more than a few have erected covered outside terraces where smoking is permitted.
Early and mid week temperatures, however, are expected to drop to between 16 and 18 degrees centigrade with minimums of 9 to 10 degrees and there is a likelihood of rain during the first three days of the week. By Thursday it should feel warmer and by Friday temperatures should have climbed back up to the 20’s. Sun and cloud is predicted for the weekend but temperatures will remain high.
