Each of the infant and junior education centres chose a different theme for this year´s carnival parade, which will go down in the history of Calasparra as one of the most imaginative, colourful and varied ever.
The Molinos Primary School chose famous paintings and artists for their theme, which featured paint brushes, paletes, oils and famous paintings.
The Pedreras Primary School opted for the Spring Fiestas of Murcia for their theme with traditional costumes, and the Burial of the Sardine, which included its ritual burning.
The Esperanza Primary School walked on the wild side, choosing the tribes of Northern Europe for their theme.
The nursery joined the parade dressed up as Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.
