The Veterans Football Club of Calasparra travelled to Torredelcampo in Jaén earlier this week to take part in a triangular football competition against the host city and Real Jaén.
The local team consists of: Zapata, Juan Montiel, Martín Martínez, Isi, Ciller, Maquilas, Paco, Marín, Gabriel, José David, Puli, Pelé, Salva and Moyica.
Despite torrential rain Calasparra´s veterans finished second but Real Jaén won the day.
The outing ended with a dinner and presents for both teams: Olive Oil from Jaén and cheesecake and rice from Calasparra.
